Kelly Rogers is NHA’s Manager of Policy and Communications. Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in International Studies from American University. Kelly is a versatile individual who has experience working with dam safety in state government, grassroots organizing and membership management. Previously, Kelly was an intern at NHA working with membership services and data entry.
Kelly is the supporting NHA staff member for the Marine Energy Council and Small Hydro Development Council.
