L&S’ Power Control Solutions (PCS) Division hosts the Hydro Control Solutions Seminar (HCSS) – a hands-on, 3-day seminar in the heart of Wisconsin – each year. From November 7–9, 2023, the technical training event combines lectures and engaged activities designed for plant supervisors, engineers, operators, maintenance technicians, and consultants.
The goal each year of L&S’ HCSS is to enhance attendee’s knowledge of hydroelectric control systems, governor tuning, hydroelectric products, and standards within the industry. The curriculum for this year’s seminar includes talks presented by industry leaders along with six interactive events that allow participants to be directly involved with engineers at our PCS facility in Rothschild, Wisconsin. This seminar provides an outstanding opportunity to network with industry recognized professionals and peers from all over the world.
