Erika Ose joined NHA in September 2025 as the Legislative Affairs Manager. With over five years of Capitol Hill experience, in both the House and Senate, Erika comes to NHA with a background in natural resources, water, environment, and related issues.
Erika grew up in northern California, where the daily and competing needs of water and energy sparked a lifelong interest. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a master’s degree from the George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new countries, watching and playing soccer, and spending time with family.
