CANCELLATION POLICY
You may transfer your registration at any time at no cost. Cancellations received in writing by May 1 will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations after this date cannot be refunded.
Meeting Location & Accommodations
The 2026 NHA Alaska Regional Meeting will take place in Anchorage, Alaska at the Hilton.

NHA has negotiated a room rate of $329 at the hotel starting on Tuesday, May 19th and ending on Thursday, May 21st.
If you are booking within this time, you can book via the link above. The special rate will be available until May 14th, or until the block is full.
If you would like to arrive earlier or stay later, the hotel will honor this rate for 3 days pre and 3 days post the event but you must call 907-272-7411 and mention code NHA26 to receive the reduced rate.

Tour of Eklutna Hydroelectric Project

Eklutna Power Plant has two (2) vertical, Francis hydraulic turbines generators. Located along the Knik River and jointly owned with Chugach Electric Association, the Municipality of Anchorage, and Matanuska Electric Association. Chugach’s effective share is 64.3 percent, up to 25.7 megawatts.
Bus transportation will be provided to and from the hotel. Lunch will be on your own.
