NHA Board of Directors Nominations are Open!

 

Here is your opportunity to help build the future of NHA.  Do you know someone who would be a great addition to NHA’s Board of Directors?

The Board is entrusted with setting the strategic direction and policies that govern the Association’s activities. It is an active Board and expects its members to take an engaged role in the Association.

Nominations are due August 28th. Please share this alert with your colleagues to help us identify NHA’s next leaders.

Potential Nominees

Candidates must work for an NHA member organization that is in good standing. Additionally, candidates must have the support of their companies to run for a Board seat and have the ability to travel to at least 3 of 4 quarterly Board meetings.

Being a member of the NHA Board of Directors is a great way to both serve and influence the industry while building personal relationships with other industry leaders.

You may submit multiple nominations.

Can I nominate myself?

Yes, you can.

What is the selection process?

The Board of Directors approves the slate of candidates based off of the recommendations from a Nominating Committee made up of board members. The slate of candidates will contain between 10-12 nominees to fill 5 open Board seats.

This slate of candidates is presented to the membership for voting. Votes are tallied in early December. Elected board members begin their four-year terms in January.
